Refund and Returns Policy

At Anish Tour and Travels, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience. To maintain transparency and ensure smooth operations, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below. Please review the terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Zero Refund Policy:
    Once a booking is confirmed, any cancellation by the customer will result in no refund. This is a strict policy, and under no circumstances will the customer be eligible for a refund, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
  • How to Cancel:
    If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform us via email or phone as soon as possible. However, please note that even with timely notice, the zero refund policy applies.

2. Changes to Bookings

  • No Charges for Changes:
    If you wish to make changes to your existing booking (e.g., change of date or destination), you may do so free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Availability:
    Changes to your booking will depend on the availability of slots for your preferred new date or destination. If we are unable to accommodate the requested changes, the original booking will remain valid.

3. Cancellation by Anish Tour and Travels

  • Full Refund on Tour Cancellation:
    In rare instances, we may have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or any other event beyond our control. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund or offered an alternative date or tour of equal value.
  • Notification of Cancellation:
    If we need to cancel a tour, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. The refund or alternative tour offer will be communicated at that time.

4. No Show Policy

  • Definition of No Show:
    A “No Show” occurs when the customer fails to arrive at the designated pick-up point or meeting location at the agreed-upon time, without prior notification to Anish Tour and Travels.
  • No Refund for No Shows:
    In the case of a No Show, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and no refund will be provided. The Zero Refund Policy applies in all No Show cases.
  • Group No Shows:
    For group bookings, if any member of the group does not show up, the booking for that individual will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided for that individual. The tour will proceed with the rest of the group as planned.

5. Timely Communication

  • Customer’s Responsibility:
    It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate contact information at the time of booking and to notify Anish Tour and Travels of any changes in contact details.
  • Delays and Late Arrivals:
    If you are running late for your pick-up or meeting point, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate minor delays, we cannot guarantee that the tour will wait beyond the scheduled time.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds for Company Cancellations:
    In case Anish Tour and Travels initiates a refund due to a company-initiated cancellation, please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
  • No Refund for Customer Cancellations:
    As stated above, no refunds will be processed for cancellations initiated by the customer.

7. Non-Refundable Services

  • Third-Party Bookings:
    Any services or bookings made with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airline tickets, etc.) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the third party. Anish Tour and Travels is not responsible for refunds or cancellations related to these services.
  • Special Tours and Packages:
    Some special tours or discounted packages may have their own specific cancellation and refund rules. These will be communicated at the time of booking if applicable.

8. Force Majeure Events

  • Definition:
    Force Majeure events refer to extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties involved, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, etc.
  • No Liability in Force Majeure:
    In the event that a Force Majeure situation affects a booked tour, Anish Tour and Travels will not be held liable for any losses or damages. We will, however, strive to offer alternative solutions where possible (such as rescheduling or offering alternative tours).
